TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering products from Totes Remote.  

WELCOME TO TOTES REMOTE:

Each tote is custom and handmade. Each design will have a slight variation due to the handmade work that goes into each tote. 

CHOKING HAZARD:  

These totes contain small pieces which can be a choking hazard.  They are not recommended for use with children under the age of 3.  They must be used with adult supervision.   

PAYMENT: 

Tote Remote will accept payment in the form of cash or VENMO (@Shauna-Galante).  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.  If paying cash, payment must be made prior to pickup.  

LEAD TIME

Because each tote is customized, our lead team is specific and can range anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on the availability of materials.  You will be notified if am order will take longer than 3 weeks.  

SHIPPING: 

Shipping will be offered through the USPS, using a flat rate box ($15).  It can take anywhere from 2-5 days be received. If you are ordering more than two totes, shipping rate may vary. We only offer shipping in the United States.  

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on customized totes. If you are unhappy with your order, please email Totesremote@yahoo.com.  If the error occurs on our end, we will happily replace your tote.  If it is a mistake on your end, you will be charged.  

ALL CHANGES ON ORDERS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER.
